Soccer Recap: Haddam-Killingworth Takes a Loss

If Haddam-Killingworth was feeling good fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Westbrook last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars fell just short of the Seymour Wildcats by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.

Haddam-Killingworth's goal came courtesy of Payton Kaplowitz, who's now up to 12 this season.

Haddam-Killingworth's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Seymour, the win got them back to even at 6-6-2.

Looking ahead, Haddam-Killingworth will challenge Plainville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Seymour does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
