Basketball Game Preview: Hall Red Devils vs. Erie-Prophetstown Panthers

The Hall Red Devils will venture away from home to challenge the Erie-Prophetstown Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hall will be strutting in after a win while Erie-Prophetstown will be coming in after a loss.

Hall will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Princeton, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Hall walked away with a 62-54 victory over Princeton on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, Erie-Prophetstown was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 45-40 to Mendota. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hall's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Erie-Prophetstown, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.

Hall lost to Erie-Prophetstown on the road by a decisive 65-48 margin when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Can Hall avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
