Volleyball Game Preview: St. Augustine Saints vs. Mission Vista

The St. Augustine Saints will challenge Mission Vista at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as St. Augustine comes in on six and Mission Vista on four.

St. Augustine is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Del Norte.

While St. Augustine might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Del Norte scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 19-25, 25-21, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Mission Vista beat Poway 3-1 on Wednesday.

St. Augustine pushed their record up to 20-11 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Mission Vista, their win bumped their record up to 23-13.
