Tabb and Lafayette are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2017, but likely not for long. The Tigers will challenge the Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Tabb is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. Everything went their way against Grafton as they made off with a 6-2 victory. The game was the first time Tabb have beaten Grafton on their pitch since April 28, 2022.

Meanwhile, Lafayette had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.2 goals) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 4-1 win.

Tabb is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four games. As for Lafayette, they pushed their record up to 10-5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Tabb couldn't quite get it done against Lafayette in their previous matchup back in May as they fell 3-1. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
