Volleyball Recap: Bigfork Takes a Loss

Bigfork was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cherry Tigers. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 26, 2019, but that streak is no more.

Bigfork's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Cherry, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 5-8.

Coming up, Cherry will take on Carlton at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Bigfork will be paying especially close attention to the Tigers' contest: after the Tigers face off against the Bulldogs, they'll take on Bigfork again at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
