Soccer Recap: Trabuco Hills Finishes Even with Capistrano Valley

For the first time since back in December of 2024, Trabuco Hills was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. They and the Capistrano Valley Cougars finished up their match with a 1-1 draw. The outcome might've been different if Zahra Abdallah hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited her ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Trabuco Hills' draw makes their record 3-2-3 this season. As for Capistrano Valley, they moved theirs to 3-5-4.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing San Clemente the next time they take the pitch. Trabuco Hills will host San Clemente at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, while Capistrano Valley will head out to face them at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
