Volleyball Game Preview: Wamego Red Raiders vs. Louisburg Wildcats

The Wamego Red Raiders will take on the Louisburg Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wamego is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Wamego came up short against Rock Creek and fell 2-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Louisburg didn't have quite enough to beat Perry-Lecompton on Saturday and fell 2-1. The Wildcats have struggled against the Kaws recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Louisburg actually scored more points across those three sets (72-69), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 14-25, 25-19, 30-28.

Wamego's loss dropped their record down to 14-19. As for Louisburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-11-1.
