Softball Recap: Danville Takes a Loss

Danville fell victim to West Morgan and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Rebels, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 last Tuesday.

Danville has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season. As for West Morgan, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-12 record this season.

West Morgan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-0 defeat against Austin on the 4th. Hopefully Danville paid attention to the Rebels' matchup: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Rebels at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
