Volleyball Recap: Lyle/Pacelli Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lyle/Pacelli, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Glenville-Emmons Wolverines on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. While the Athletics didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-23), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lyle/Pacelli was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11, 25-12.

When it comes to explaining why Glenville-Emmons lost, don't look at Grayson Oakland. Despite the final result, she had four aces and two blocks.

Lyle/Pacelli pushed their record up to 6-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Glenville-Emmons, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
