Baldwyn extended their postseason success on Saturday against Myrtle. They skirted past the Hawks 11-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bearcats have posted against the Hawks since March 9, 2024.

Baldwyn's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-13-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Myrtle, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 19-8.

Looking ahead, Baldwyn will face off against East Webster at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bearcats will need to watch out since the Wolverines have now posted at least ten runs in their last six contests. Myrtle does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
