Volleyball Game Preview: Highland Springs Springers vs. Hanover Hawks + How To Watch

The Highland Springs Springers will head out on the road to face off against the Hanover Hawks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Highland Springs turned things around against Norfolk Christian on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Ambassadors 3-2.

Meanwhile, Hanover faced Patrick Henry in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Hawks won by a set and slipped past the Patriots 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hawks have posted since September 11th.

Highland Springs' victory bumped their record up to 3-14. As for Hanover, their win bumped their record up to 11-5.

Highland Springs suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Hanover when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Can the Springers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
