Volleyball Recap: Centauri Takes a Loss

Centauri lost against Sterling back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-16.

Centauri's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Sterling, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Centauri is taking a road trip to take on Pagosa Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Falcons are facing the Pirates at the right time seeing as the Pirates are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Sterling, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Wiggins on the 18th.
