Lakewood got themselves on the board against Pinellas Park on Friday, but Pinellas Park never followed suit. They breezed past the Patriots to the tune of 38-0. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Patriots are ranked 194th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ayden Wallace continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 249 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 18 passes, while also rushing for 50 yards and one score. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in November of 2024. Khalan Davis was another key player, rushing for 78 yards and one TD.

The victory keeps Lakewood at an undefeated 4-0. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 34.5 points thus far. As for Pinellas Park, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Lakewood wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 60-3 win against St. Petersburg on the 18th. As for Pinellas Park, they have also already played their next contest, a 26-18 victory against Gibbs on the 18th.
