Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pleasant Valley). They blew past the East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves 56-14 on Friday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-6.

Wayne King and Kendrick Sympson certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. King rushed for 106 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries, while Sympson picked up 102 receiving yards and one TD. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 73 yards.

Pleasant Valley's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for East Stroudsburg North, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
