After losing to Trenton the last time they met, Eastside decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eastside Rams secured a 38-33 W over the Trenton Tigers on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Rams as they're now sitting on four straight.

Nyima Gillyard and Kayley Sloan certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Gillyard dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds, while Sloan posted eight points.

Eastside now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Trenton, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 12-5 record.

Eastside wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 39-22 win against P.K. Yonge on the 13th. As for Trenton, they will face off against Chiefland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Chiefland's defense has only allowed 28.2 points per game this season, so Trenton's offense will have their work cut out for them.
