Football Recap: Glenwood Find Success

Glenwood hadn't done well against Harlan recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Rams managed a 17-12 win over the Cyclones. The game was the first time the Rams have beaten the Cyclones on their field since September 16, 2016.

Glenwood has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 19 points this season. As for Harlan, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glenwood will host Creston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Harlan, they will be playing at home against Lewis Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
