Lynden is a perfect 7-0 against Blaine since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lions will be playing at home against the Borderites at 4:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

While Lynden's victory against Mt. Baker wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions' defense stepped up to hand the Mountaineers a 1-0 shutout last Thursday. Lynden haven't had any issues with Mt. Baker recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Blaine came up short against Meridian last Thursday and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for Blaine in their meetings with Meridian: they've now lost eight in a row.

Blaine's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lynden, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1-2.

Everything went Lynden's way against Blaine when the teams last played back in March of 2019, as Lynden made off with a 10-0 win. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Borderites turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
