After a string of five wins, Cavalier's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hankinson Pirates. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tornadoes of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2018.

Cavalier's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Hankinson, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, Cavalier will challenge North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hankinson, they will host Enderlin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
