Baseball Recap: Falls City Takes a Loss

Falls City lost against West Nodaway back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Tigers lost 18-3 to the Rockets.

Jaiden Willman was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2. Vaden Leyden also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Falls City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for West Nodaway, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Falls City will host Auburn at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Nodaway, they will welcome South Holt at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
