Softball Recap: Lee Central Stallions vs. Mullins Auctioneers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marion, Lee Central was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Mullins Auctioneers 18-2. The high-scoring effort was just what Lee Central needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.
Mylasia Dennis made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Dennis was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, Lee Central got a massive performance out of Annastasia Bradley, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Kiana Hopkins, who went 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and a triple.
