Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 26th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 51-21 loss at the hands of the Booker T. Washington Magnet Yellow Jackets.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Booker T. Washington Magnet, the win snapped their losing streak at 23 games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-7 record.

Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 26-24 victory against Ellwood Christian on the 12th. As for Booker T. Washington Magnet, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 84-11 defeat against Saint James on the 12th.
