Soccer Game Preview: Lincoln vs. Thomas Jefferson

For the first time this season, Lincoln will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against the Thomas Jefferson Spartans at 6:00 p.m. Lincoln's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Lincoln fell victim to Rangeview and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Thomas Jefferson and Standley Lake finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-1. With that draw, Thomas Jefferson's record moves to 2-6-2.
