Greater Lowell Tech is a perfect 4-0 against KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Gryphons are taking a road trip to challenge the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Greater Lowell Tech has six straight victories, KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Thursday, Greater Lowell Tech got the win against Lynn Vo-Tech by a conclusive 3-0.

While Greater Lowell Tech won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18, 29-27.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Monday. KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate came up short against Pioneer Charter School of Science, falling 3-0.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Pioneer Charter School of Science scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-18.

Greater Lowell Tech pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Greater Lowell Tech was able to grind out a solid victory over KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate when the teams last played back in May of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Gryphons repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
