Dominic Ezeonye Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Wilson got the W thanks in part to Dominic Ezeonye playing the best football he has all season. Ezeonye's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 55 yards.
If the past is any indication, Ezeonye could be in store for another big game when he takes on Sierra Vista on Friday. Ezeonye rushed for 168 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries the last time he and the Dons duked it out back in October of 2023.

Wilson picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Derek Ochoa. Ochoa was unstoppable, rushing for 84 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
This year, Ochoa has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 106.3 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 4.86 rushing yards per game.
