Rice Lake won the last time they faced Northwestern and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Tigers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Rice Lake walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 19-25, 25-10, 25-22.

Adaline Sheplee paced Rice Lake's offense, picking up 22 kills. Sheplee got some help from Hayden Stanley and her 21 assists. Finally, Sheplee was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Northwestern lost, don't look at Genna Kreuser. Despite the final result, she had 14 digs and three aces.

Rice Lake's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Northwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

The future could be bright for both Rice Lake and Northwestern: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently.
