The Eagles took a 24-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Manchester Valley Mavericks on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Mavericks: they've now lost six in a row.

Francis Scott Key now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Manchester Valley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
