Soccer Recap: Argos Starts Season with Loss at Home

Argos unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies on Wednesday. If Argos were looking for revenge after losing 7-2 to Plymouth when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Plymouth now has a winning record of 1-0-1.

Argos didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-0 victory against Caston on the 23rd. As for Plymouth, they have also already played their next match, a 6-0 win against La Porte on the 25th.
