Basketball Recap: Andrew K. Demoski Comes Up Short

If Andrew K. Demoski was feeling good fresh off their 60-31 takedown of Maudrey J Sommer on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Andrew K. Demoski Wolves fell just short of Non Varsity Tournament Opponent by a score of 52-50 on Thursday. The Wolves were up 36-20 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Despite the defeat, Andrew K. Demoski saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Peyton Ekada posted 30 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ekada has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kellian Kriska, who had ten points.

Andrew K. Demoski's loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
