Beal City lost to Clare back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Aggies walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pioneers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aggies.

Beal City never let Clare on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19.

Beal City's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Clare, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Beal City will be playing at home against Gladwin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. After both having extra time off, Clare and Alma will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on September 3.
