Football Recap: Becton Find Success + How To Watch

Becton proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 35) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They pulled ahead with a 14-13 photo finish over the Lyndhurst Golden Bears. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Lyndhurst lost, don't look at Avery Cano. Despite the final result, he rushed for 109 yards and one score, and also threw for 55 yards and one touchdown.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Becton, bringing their record up to 4-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.0 points on average over those games. As for Lyndhurst, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.
