Basketball Recap: Tippecanoe Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Tippecanoe won the last time they faced Greenville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Red Devils were the clear victors by a 61-35 margin over the Green Wave. The Red Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 21 points or more this season.

Greenville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was John Barr, who shot 58% from the field to rack up 14 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was David Conway, who posted five points and five boards.

The victory (which was Tippecanoe's third in a row) raised their record to 14-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points over those games. As for Greenville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.
