Volleyball Recap: Spectrum's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against PACT Charter on Thursday, Spectrum came back down to earth. The Sting lost 3-0 to the Legacy Christian Academy Lions on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Sting in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost seven in a row.

While Spectrum was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-20, 25-17.

Having lost for the first time this season, Spectrum fell to 2-1. As for Legacy Christian Academy, they moved to 2-5-1 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Spectrum wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Eagle Ridge Academy on the 8th. As for Legacy Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Concordia Academy on the 8th.
