Meanwhile, Excel Academy Charter hasn't lost a match since September 4th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Shawsheen Valley Tech, sneaking past 2-1.

Excel Academy Charter has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five contests. As for Pioneer Charter School of Science, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Pioneer Charter School of Science came out on top in a nail-biter against Excel Academy Charter in their previous matchup on September 2nd, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
