Meanwhile, Sioux Center's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Friday. They fell to Central Lyon 59-54. The loss was the Warriors' first of the season.

West Lyon has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points per game. As for Sioux Center, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.
