Casey Chavez Game Report: @ Stevens

Casey Chavez, O'Connor's leader in assists on the season, led the team again on Friday. Chavez did her part (and then some), putting up seven points in addition to nine steals, eight assists, and eight rebounds for the 'W'. She has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last four times she's played.

Chavez and O'Connor will challenge Taft at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Raiders, probably because Chavez had a solid game then too: she dropped a double-double on 41 points and 14 boards.
