South Florence hasn't had much luck against North Myrtle Beach recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Bruins will host the Chiefs at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
South Florence's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Wilson with a sharp 10-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bruins.
Hunter White looked comfortable as he tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
On the hitting side, South Florence let Cohen Springs and Ben Tyner run wild. Springs went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run, while Tyner went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave Springs a new career-high. Gabe McLaughlin was another key player, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
Meanwhile, North Myrtle Beach got the win against Myrtle Beach on Monday by a conclusive 12-2. The win continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Seahawks: they've now won nine in a row.
Kaden Lank and Brown Reaves did most of the damage at the plate: Lank went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one run, while Reaves went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Asa Board, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal.
