Softball Recap: New Trier Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

New Trier won the last time they faced DePaul College Prep and things went their way on Saturday too. The Trevians came out on top against the Rams by a score of 6-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trevians.

New Trier's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for DePaul College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.
