Carrollton came into Monday's game having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 65-64 victory over the Garber Dukes. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Cavaliers considering their 14-point performance the contest before.

When it comes to explaining why Garber lost on Monday, don't look at Lukas Neering. Despite the final result, he went 12-for-18 en route to 30 points and eight rebounds. The game was Neering's sixth in a row with at least 15 points. Nathan Foret was another key player, shooting 64% from the field to rack up 14 points.

Carrollton's win bumped their record up to 4-17. As for Garber, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.
