Basketball Game Preview: West Fork Tigers vs. Elkins Elks

West Fork is 1-9 against Elkins since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The West Fork Tigers will welcome the Elkins Elks at 6:00 p.m.

West Fork came up short against Lincoln on Tuesday, falling 54-34. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Elkins entered their tilt with Greenland on Tuesday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They enjoyed a cozy 55-40 win over the Pirates.

Elkins has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.9 points per game. As for West Fork, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.
