It's playoff time, and Dixie had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their defense stepped up to hand the Ridgeline Riverhawks a 2-0 shutout on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for Dixie, who have now won 15 matches in a row.

Taylor Kogan and Felix Meza scored both of Dixie's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 32 goals.

Dixie's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Ridgeline, the defeat snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 14-4 record.

Looking ahead, Dixie will face off against Crimson Cliffs at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crimson Cliffs will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Dixie surely won't give up without a fight. Ridgeline does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
