Eno River Academy waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Eno River Academy was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-9, 25-14.

Eno River Academy's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. As for Cardinal Gibbons, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eno River Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Riverside-Durham at 5:15 p.m. on April 8. As for Cardinal Gibbons, they will venture away from home to challenge Falls Lake on Tuesday. Cardinal Gibbons is facing Falls Lake at the right time seeing as Falls Lake is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
