Basketball Recap: Woodstown Comes Up Short

Woodstown lost against Penns Grove back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Woodstown Wolverines lost to the Penns Grove Red Devils at home by a 70-56 margin.

Woodstown dropped their record down to 6-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Penns Grove, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-8.

Woodstown has already played their next match, a 78-31 victory against Gloucester Catholic on the 23rd. As for Penns Grove, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 83-78 win against Clayton on the 23rd.
