Basketball Recap: Cedaredge Skates Past Mancos with Ease + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Cedaredge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They breezed past the Mancos Bluejays to the tune of 85-38 on Friday. The Bruins' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading Cedaredge to victory were Levi Maxey and Zach Mannon. Maxey posted 20 points, while Mannon scored 21 points. The game was Mannon's fourth in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Cruz Alejandre, who had ten points.

Several Bluejays players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was James Potts, who put up nine points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Resner, who earned nine points.

Cedaredge's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3. As for Mancos, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Cedaredge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-51 loss against Plateau Valley on the 13th. As for Mancos, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 58-40 defeat against Sargent on the 13th.
