Volleyball Recap: Franklin Academy Takes a Loss

Franklin Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Cary Academy Chargers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2019.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-8, 25-16.

Franklin Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Franklin Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Vance Charter on the 18th. As for Cary Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Woods Charter on the 18th.
