Flag Football Game Preview: Santa Clara Bruins vs. Milpitas Trojans

The Santa Clara Bruins will square off against the Milpitas Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

On Monday, Santa Clara was fully in charge, breezing past Mountain View 34-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bruins.

Meanwhile, while Milpitas put up plenty of points on Monday, the same can't be said for Gunn. The Trojans blew past the Titans, posting a 40-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won ten matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Milpitas' victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Santa Clara, they now have a winning record of 8-7-1.

Santa Clara strolled past Milpitas when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a score of 26-7. Will the Bruins repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
