Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mogadore). They enjoyed a cozy 28-14 win over the Malvern Hornets on Friday. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but the Wildcats were the (much) better team in the second half.

Although Malvern took the loss, they still got scores from Aiden Sprague and Aaron Gore.

Mogadore's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Malvern, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mogadore will host Ellet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will be up against the Orangemen's rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.25 points per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Malvern, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Tuscarawas Valley at 7:00 p.m. The Hornets are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
