Volleyball Recap: Standley Lake Find Success

Standley Lake won the last time they faced Elizabeth and things went their way on Saturday too. The Gators came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0.

Jojo Martin paced Standley Lake's offense, picking up nine kills. Martin got some help from Sophia Lambrecht-Gardner and her 12 assists. Finally, Roma Gratny kept Standley Lake's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Standley Lake's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Elizabeth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.
