Baseball Recap: Make It Seven in a Row for Blair

Blair put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Snyder Cyclones an 11-0 shutout. For the Broncos, this counts as revenge for the 8-7 win the Cyclones walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Grant Peterson, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kash Boley, who scored two runs and stole Four bases.

Blair pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Snyder, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Coming up, it'll be an old-fashioned rodeo when Blair Broncos take on Frontier Mustangs at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Snyder, they will square off against Carnegie at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Carnegie is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.
