Soccer Recap: Three Straight Home Wins for Citrus

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Land O' Lakes, Citrus was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Central Bears by a score of 5-3. It was an even better day for Brock Doolittle as he scored three goals for his team.

Citrus' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matchups. As for Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Citrus wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 3-3 draw against Trinity Catholic on the 11th. As for Central, they will head out to challenge Crystal River at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
