Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for South Sevier

If Parowan wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played South Sevier, they should've done a better job of containing Sydnee Patterson. The South Sevier Rams were the clear victor by a 47-22 margin over the Parowan Rams on Tuesday thanks in part to Patterson, who posted ten points. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played.

Savanah Brady was another key player, putting up eight points. Those eight points gave her a new career-high.

The win (which was South Sevier's fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 19.8 points. As for Parowan, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

South Sevier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 59-55 victory against Kanab on the 16th. As for Parowan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-15 loss against Millard on the 16th.
